Mountain Home Montana, Inc. (MHM) seeks a .5 FTE (26hours/week) Saturday and Sunday Weekend Night Resident Care Coordinator to provide direct services to young mothers and their children.    Must be 21 years of age and have a high school diploma.  Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and experience working in residential programming.  Applications can be picked up at Mountain Home, 2606 South Ave W, Missoula or on our website at www.mountainhomemt.org . Residential Care Coordinator will provide direct services to young mothers and their children in a residential setting.  This position requires the applicant to have excellent communication skills, an ability to work without direct supervision, problem solving skills, the ability to maintain a neat, clean, and sanitary working environment, the ability to perform multiple tasks efficiently and attention to detail.

This position is under the direct supervision of the Program Manager. 

Schedule: Saturday and Sunday 6pm to 6am plus regular attendance at staff meetings (9am – 11am on Tuesdays)

Hourly Wage: $9.25/hr
