Mountain Home Montana Room Reservation Policies
This document describes the policies and procedures related to renting rooms at MHM. We hope that you will be able to find all the information that you need in the following pages. Rental Fee Scale
Deposit Fee $25.00 1 to 4 Hours $25.00 4 to 8 Hours $50.00 8 Hours or More $100.00
Hours of Availability
All rental spaces are available Monday through Friday 9:00 to 5:00 pm. The space is available on the weekends and after hours, but may require an additional hourly rate of $10.00 to cover staffing expenses.
Method of Payment
Mountain Home Montana is able to accept cash, checks, money orders, and most major credit cards. Deposits may be held up to 72 hours after the rental date.
Cancelations and Refunds
Room and rental fees are due 2 weeks prior to the event. If rental fees are not received 2 weeks prior to the event, the reservation will be cancelled and the deposit returned. On-going reservations are granted based on availability and only require one deposit, which will be kept until the reservation period is completed.
Deposits are in addition to the hourly rate and are due two weeks prior to the rental date. Deposits are refundable, once the rental space is returned to its original state, trash is taken out to the dumpster behind the parking lot, and food and other material are cleaned up and removed.
If you need to cancel your reservation the following cancelation and refund policy will apply:
Full Refund if notified more than 30 days prior to rental date; 25% of refund if notified more than 2 weeks prior to the rental date; there will be no refund if notified less than two weeks prior to the rental date
