Transitional Living Program
The Transitional Living Program consists of the Transitional Living Home and the Transitional Living Apartments. The Transitional Living Home has 6 bedrooms and strives to prepare young mothers for independent living. There are 5 Transitional Living Apartments designed to help residents practice independent living in a supportive environment.
